<p>Ä°yi ama ne kadar zor olabilir ki?</p>

Ã‡izerler birbirini tamamlayacak hareketleri tek tek Ã§iziyorlar ve Ã§izdikleri bu kareler art arda gÃ¶sterildiÄŸinde hareket oluÅŸuyor. Ã‡ok sevilen <b>Tavuklar Firarda</b> filminde saniyede 24 kare gÃ¶rÃ¼ntÃ¼leniyordu. Modern bir animasyonda, Ã¶rneÄŸin <b>KÃ¶pekbalÄ±ÄŸÄ± Hikayesi</b>&#8216;nde toplamda 120.000 kare geÃ§iyor gÃ¶zÃ¼mÃ¼zÃ¼n Ã¶nÃ¼nden!</p>
<p>Bir de animasyon yÃ¶ntemleri var. Bunlardan birisi 19.YY&#8217;dan beri kullanÄ±lan Earl Hurd tarafÄ±ndan geliÅŸtirilmiÅŸ <b>Cel Animation</b>. Bu yÃ¶ntemde yarÄ± geÃ§irgen basit bir kare arkaplanÄ±n Ã¼zerine yerleÅŸtirilir bÃ¶ylece her defasÄ±nda arkaplan Ã§izilmek zorunda kalmazdÄ±. Bu hem zaman hem de gÃ¶rÃ¼ntÃ¼nÃ¼n sabitliÄŸini saÄŸlÄ±yordu.</p>
<p><b>Stop Motion</b></font></font><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><font face="Verdana">(AnlÄ±k GÃ¶rÃ¼ntÃ¼)</font></font><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><font face="Verdana"> <b>Animation</b> tekniÄŸi ise gerÃ§ek oyma modellerden oluÅŸan maketlerin hareketlerinin anlÄ±k gÃ¶rÃ¼ntÃ¼lerinin art arda hÄ±zla geÃ§irilerek dinamik gÃ¶rÃ¼ntÃ¼ elde etmek fikrine dayanÄ±yor.</p>
<p>Sonuncu teknik ise <b>CGI</b> (Computer Generated Imaginary [Bilgisayarla SaÄŸlanan GÃ¶rÃ¼ntÃ¼]) tekniÄŸi. GÃ¼nÃ¼mÃ¼zÃ¼n bilgisayar teknolojisinin el verdiÄŸi kadarÄ±yla bu yÃ¶ntem sanal ortamda karakterlere; ÅŸekil, renk, Ã¼Ã§ boyutluluk ve hareket kazandÄ±rÄ±yor.</p>

Bir nefes alÄ±n ve aÄŸzÄ±nÄ± ve burnunu aÄŸzÄ±nÄ±zla kapatÄ±n. <strong class="c3">Bir saniye kadar yavaÅŸÃ§a ve kesintisiz nefes verin</strong>. GÃ¶ÄŸsÃ¼nÃ¼n kalkÄ±ÅŸÄ± ve iniÅŸini gÃ¶zleyin; yeniden bir nefes alÄ±n ve aynÄ± hareketi tekrarlayÄ±n. </span></p>

Terleme tÃ¼mÃ¼yle istemimiz dÄ±ÅŸÄ±nda geliÅŸen, metabolizmamÄ±zÄ±n doÄŸal bir fonksiyonudur. Ãœstelik vÃ¼cudumuz iÃ§in iki Ã¶nemli iÅŸlevi vardÄ±r; cildi nemlendirip, vÃ¼cut Ä±sÄ±sÄ±nÄ± sabitler ve vÃ¼cudun boÅŸaltÄ±m sistemine katkÄ±da bulunur.</p>
<p>Ter aslÄ±nda salgÄ±landÄ±ÄŸÄ±nda renksiz ve kokusuzdur. Fakat, bakteriler koltukaltÄ± gibi sÄ±cak ve nemli ortamlarda hÄ±zla Ã§oÄŸalarak bu salgÄ±nÄ±n kÃ¶tÃ¼ kokmasÄ±na neden olur.</p>
<p><strong>NEDEN TERLÄ°YORUZ?<br />

Genellikle ortam sÄ±caklÄ±ÄŸÄ±nÄ±n yÃ¼kseldiÄŸi, dans, spor gibi fiziksel aktiviteler sÄ±rasÄ±nda terleriz. Bu ÅŸekilde vÃ¼cut Ä±sÄ±mÄ±zÄ± sabit tutmuÅŸ oluruz. Zatenin bunun iÃ§in vÃ¼cuda yayÄ±lmÄ±ÅŸ en az 2 milyon ter bezi gÃ¶rev yapmaktadÄ±r. Fiziksel aktiviteler dÄ±ÅŸÄ±nda da heyecan, korku, utanma ve sÄ±kÄ±lma gibi pek Ã§ok olay, fizyolojik bir neden olmadÄ±ÄŸÄ± halde bizi terletir.</p>
<p>VÃ¼cut Ä±sÄ±sÄ± dÄ±ÅŸ sÄ±caklÄ±klar veya gerilim yÃ¼zÃ¼nden artÄ±ÅŸ gÃ¶sterdiÄŸinde kan dolaÅŸÄ±mÄ± hÄ±zlanÄ±r. BÃ¶ylece, ter bezlerinin aktif hale geldiÄŸi vÃ¼cudun Ã¼st kÄ±smÄ±na doÄŸru bir sÄ±caklÄ±k akÄ±mÄ± baÅŸlar. Deri Ã¼zerinde oluÅŸan ter bu durumda hemen buharlaÅŸÄ±p, deriyi soÄŸutur. Bu sayede insan bir gÃ¼n iÃ§inde kendini fazla yormadan iki litreye kadar su kaybeder. Terlemenin ikinci Ã¶nemli fonksiyonu ise vÃ¼cuttaki zehirli maddelerin dÄ±ÅŸarÄ± atÄ±lmasÄ±dÄ±r. Bu nedenle saunalara sÄ±k sÄ±k gidilmesi Ã¶nerilir.</p>
<p>AynÄ± koÅŸullarda terleme oranÄ± kiÅŸiden kiÅŸiye gÃ¶re de deÄŸiÅŸebilir. Ortalama olarak bir insan gÃ¼nde 0.5 ile 1 litre arasÄ± terler.</p>
<p><strong>TERLEMEYE KARÅžI NE YAPABÄ°LÄ°RÄ°Z?<br />

Ter kokusu iÃ§in Ã§ok Ã§eÅŸitli Ã§Ã¶zÃ¼mler var. En Ã¶nemlisi temiz olmak. Bunun yanÄ±sÄ±ra da terlemenin yarattÄ±ÄŸÄ± rahatsÄ±zlÄ±ÄŸÄ± bir takÄ±m Ã¶nlemler alarak en aza indirebilirsiniz;</p>
<p>Rahat ve hava alan kÄ±yafetler giyin. Ã–zellikle pamuklu kÄ±yafetleri tercih edin.<br />
VÃ¼cut temizliÄŸine Ã¶zen gÃ¶sterin. Ã–zellikle koltuk altÄ±nda oluÅŸan istenmeyen tÃ¼yleri alarak kÃ¶tÃ¼ kokuyu bÃ¼yÃ¼k Ã¶lÃ§Ã¼de Ã¶nleyebilirsiniz.<br />
Kahve, alkol ve yakÄ±cÄ± gÄ±dalardan uzak durun.</p>
<p><strong>NE KULLANMALIYIZ?<br />

Ter kokusunu azaltmanÄ±n iki yolu var; Deodorant ve antiperspirantlarla gÃ¼n boyu hoÅŸ kokmak Ã§ok zor deÄŸil. Ancak deodorant ve antiperspirant birbirinden ayrÄ± ÅŸeylerdir. Bu iki Ã¼rÃ¼n en Ã§ok terlemeye karÅŸÄ± verdikleri savaÅŸ konusunda birbirlerinden ayrÄ±lÄ±rlar;</p>
<p><strong>DEODORANTLAR<br />
</strong><br />
Deodorantlar antibakteriyel bazÄ± maddeler ve alkol iÃ§erirler. Bu sayede de bakteri Ã¼remesini denetim altÄ±na alarak, ter kokusunun oluÅŸmasÄ±nÄ± Ã¶nlerler. Terin ayrÄ±ÅŸmasÄ± iÃ§in bakteriler belirli enzimlere gerek duyar. Bu nedenle bazÄ± deodorantlar bahsedilen bu tÃ¼r enzimlerden iÃ§erir. DiÄŸer yandan ise daha Ã§ok parfÃ¼m yaÄŸlarÄ± iÃ§erdiklerinden dolayÄ± da gÃ¼zel koku yayarlar. Ã–rneÄŸin Fa dedodorantlarÄ± hijyenik tazelik sunarlar ve bu sayede de bakteri artÄ±ÅŸÄ±nÄ± durdururlar. Bu sayede deri hem korunmuÅŸ hem de bakÄ±m gÃ¶rmÃ¼ÅŸ olur.</p>
